This form has been produced to simplify the reporting of odours emanating from the Carp Rd Dump.
Please fill in as much detail as possible and select the relevent details from the drop down boxes where necessary.
If you notice odour at more than one location please submit one complaint for each location. Each person that notices odour should file a personal complaint.
Odour occurrences at homes, public and commercial building, school, highways (417)and other institutions are considered the most serious.
Once complete the form will be emailed to the Minister of the Environment and their local representatives
Copies will also be sent to the Mayor of Ottawa, all City of Ottawa Councillors and local MPPs
Relevant data will also be logged in an odour complaints database being compiled by NoDump volunteers.
